A Change Gonna Come

Like you, I’ve spent countless hours trying to figure out what comes next. Taking classes, hiring coaches, and following paths laid out by others. But a few years ago, during a trip to Tampa and New Orleans, I realized my pursuit was making me sick. Instead of enjoying my first time in New Orleans, I found myself in urgent care. This wake-up call forced me to confront why I was pushing myself so hard. It was the second time my body had given out, and I was determined it wouldn’t happen a third time. Change was imperative.

This realization ignited my self-discovery journey. Rather than seeking answers from others, I sought out those who could help me uncover my true self. Learning who I am has been the greatest gift I’ve ever received. That moment in New Orleans taught me that life isn’t about what happens to me; it’s about what I make happen. Now, I empower other women to discover their paths and embrace their unique journeys.
